The seller described the device as new/never-opened yet it was delivered loosely in a box with (3) pieces of kleenex - unprotected from the elements and any pressure of being tossed around during shipment. Further, upon inspection, the plastic usually adhered to device screens when purchased new was applied but it was evident the plastic had been removed and reapplied. Underneath was a visible 2-inch scratch down the center of the display implying the device was not "new" or "never-used" as described. Communication has also been abysmally poor and a process to return which should have taken but a few days has now spanned a week and counting.

Beautiful phone, better than described. Arrived quickly and in good condition. Easy communication with seller.
