Sold me a phone considered "mint" condition. Received phone with cracked camera lens scuffed sides as if it was dropped previously and faint scratches over the entire front screen of the device. The phone was then sent back and now the owner is accusing me of damaging the phone and is attempting to take me to court. Highly advise not buying from this person as I've done nothing wrong I was just trying to buy a new phone.
