If anyone is reading this, absolutely DO NOT conduct business with this individual. Everything about my experience was a lie and a scam from start to finish. I was sold an illegitimate device and requested a refund. When I sent the device back I never received my refund. I had to open a PayPal claim to get my money back. I hope this never happens to anyone else, as I've been doing business in Swappa for many years and this is by far, the single worst experience ever! All for $195.98.????
