The phone looks great, barely used, looks almost new. There is an unauthentic screen on the phone though when I received it. At first I didn’t see an issue with it but about a week after I started using the phone it would start freezing as I was typing stuff and scrolling. I have to restart the phone constantly as the freezing is just getting longer and more frequent.

The phone's bottom (main) speaker was broken, which makes me think they are not very thorough with their 30-point inspection. They agreed to refund the phone, but it was a huge hassle that cost me a dozen hours, multiple phone calls, multiple trips to the cell phone repair store, etc.

Excellent iPhone and fast shipping. Would recommend seller based on my experience.
EDIT: iPhone is shown to be defective after 4 days of use. Battery is not recognized as authentic by software and random restarts. Seller has allowed a return.
