The seller was very prompt and sent over the phone on the same day of purchase by Priority Mail. The phone is great! No scratches and almost as good as new. I also verified with Apple that AppleCare is active.

Nice device but the seller's statement...

"Phone is in like new condition. It has a screen protector and a transparent skin installed on the back for protection against scratches therefore this phone looks like new"

...is a bit misleading since skin was applied over scuffs in case which is disappointing, I feel like this should have been disclosed rather than make it sound as if the phone is perfect because this is on it. Paid a premium for a "like new" device but did not receive that.
