Sold a phone as a sprint device that could not be used on the sprint network. Had to escalate the issue to Swappa support to get the seller to respond to the problem and returned the phone to them. Had to wait 3 weeks and escalate to PayPal to get my money back after having returned the device at my expense to the seller. Seller failed to respond to PayPal and I was awarded the refund by default.
