I was unsure if I should buy from this seller since they don't have many reviews and because a couple reviews stated that their new phones weren't factory reset upon arrival. However, my phone was delivered on time, and was clean/factory reset and ready for me to use. I've had the phone for a few days now and it is working well. I am happy with my purchase.

Product was delivered with no issues. Buyer was communicative. Only real issue: Product was received ALREADY activated, still on in the box, with next to no charge. Per Swappa this isn’t supposed to happen. I had to factory reset once i received the device and wait for it to charge more before beginning. Makes me wonder about the actual condition. That being said, device works great and looks to be mint so hopefully no issues. Would probably buy again from seller.

The phone arrived with Another person’s information all of their emails their texts and their bank information loaded on the phone. We erased everything but it should’ve come completely erased.
