the condition of the tablet was not as described. deep scratches on the back and a major defect on the screen. when the screen is on and showing anything but white or light colors there is a big hazy blue blob and 2 small red blobs. the red ones are hard to see and not a bug deal. took 3 days for him to ship. it also took days and multiple messages to get a hold of him both when inquiring about when it would ship and when trying to confront him about the condition. i need the tablet for a class and cant be without one at this point so guess I'm stuck with it.

Was shipped the wrong phone the first but a quick back and forth resolved the issue. The phone had an additional issue not stated but after some discussion an agreement was made and money was discounted. In light of the issues, the communication was great and any issues that popped up were taken care of.
