Shipping was prompt. Device should have had more packaging than one piece of bubble wrap. Condition was "Fair" rather than "Good" (chrome finish rubbed down to plastic in multiple places, a dent in one corner, a small crack in the back case, and a missing charge port cover) but the price asked for was appropriate for the actual condition. In all it was a good deal, but the seller should take more care in the future to go from being an adequate seller to a excellent seller.
