Nice phone, love it

A small problem but was taken care of.

I did receive the unlocked iPhone 15 on 2/26/26 and it was unlocked however, it already was registered with a phone number. My carrier could not activate with a number on the phone and had to contact Apple for assistance. After spending 4 hours with three different Apple tech reps they were able to list the number on the phone as secondary and use my mobile number as primary. Sure wish there was a way to delete or remove the number that came with the phone. Would've have saved me lots of time setting up the new phone.

I purchased an iPhone Air from this seller and had a very difficult return experience. The device had an undisclosed functional issue with the power button despite being listed as fully functional. Although the seller agreed to accept the return, they repeatedly stated they would take action (send a label, issue a refund) and did not follow through, requiring multiple follow-ups and repeated intervention from Swappa staff. The refund was only issued after I indicated I would file a PayPal dispute. The seller also agreed to reimburse my return shipping cost (since no label was provided), but that reimbursement was never sent. While I ultimately received the item refund, the process was unnecessarily prolonged and required significant effort on my part. Buyers should be aware of potential communication and follow-through issues.

This seller incorrectly listed the item as mint condition. The phone arrived with a visible scratch on the screen. When the issue was brought up, the seller offered a mere $50 credit on a $900 phone. The item was returned and I paid for shipping and insurance to return it. The seller issued a refund for the phone but has not issued a refund for the shipping despite him incorrectly listing the item. He has not responded to recent messages. I would not buy from this seller again.
