Item smelled VERY heavily of cigarette smoke. Almost unbearably bad cigarette smell from the item. Item was in good condition with original packaging and materials, though. I just need to get this cigarette smell out.

The phone works really well. However, it had the smell of cigarette smoke when it came. But with the use of some rubbing alcohol I got rid of it within 2 days

Cannot recommend buying from this seller. Sent a defective device and refused to issue a refund despite video being provided of the issues with the device. PayPal claim needed to be filed because the seller would not resolve the issue amicably and was argumentative.

Seller was very responsive and kind with dealing with me. I was somewhat of a demanding/problem customer, and Justin really helped me out with everything, going above and beyond my expectations. I am very pleased with my phone as well, it came in perfect condition.
