Mike was great to work with, fast shipping and very understanding.... I was unable to get the phone working, as it turns out the problem was an AT&T settings issue. I was unable to find anyone with AT&T that could help, they all blamed the phone and suggested that I return it. I finally made the decision to go to the warranty center, where they located the settings issue within minutes, turns out that we have a network shift that requires settings to be adjusted. Mike was more than willing to take the phone back and even made a number of helpful suggestions. Mike can be trusted and is a man of his word!!!!
