Highly recommended swappa! Seller was timely in responding to comments, was more than willing to throw in a phone case. Phone price was fair and true. Everything that was stated was correct. Was deemed good based on swappa, but other than the 88% battery life, phone is in mint condition. Very well pleased with purchase. Due to black friday sales and USPS being extremely backed up, was a little upset with how long shipping took. HOWEVER, it was not the seller's fault. Phone was shipped friday Dec 4th and was marked 2 day shipping priority. However, I did not receive package until Dec 12th. Other than how long shipping took, overall very well pleased with purchase.

Shipping was fast. Seller described device as mint condition on sale page but it was not when I received it. I had to request refund and return the device.

There were scratches on the front screen, and back edges are in rough shape. These issues we're not stated in the description. The phone would be better classified as"good" not mint. Very dissatisfied.
