The iPhone had several issues. I sent it back to get it fixed, which was difficult to be without a phone for several days. After a few weeks the battery just died and would not charge so I had to pay $53 to replace it. Then it stopped receiving service. I tried to work with the seller to get a refund but didn't respond for several weeks and then said it was too late. Its fraud.

Seller was transparent and prompt.

Horrible experience. Phone arrived DOA and even if it had been working was nowhere close to the described physical condition. It took almost a month after shipping the phone back to force a refund via PayPal disputes. Seller did nothing but delay issuing a refund until he stopped replying all together. I had to force it by calling PayPal about the dispute.

This phone was listed as mint and looks it-- it is beautiful. My son saved up for it and he is thrilled. We had an issue with the battery-- it was reading charged 100% but was crashing. Seller covered the $30 to replace battery by apple and we are happy customers. Thanks!!

I received the phone and all was good except with the button on the front. When you push the button, it often gets stuck in the depressed position because the corner of the button gets hung up under the lip of the phone and you have to play with it to get it unstuck, IDK if a replacement button was put on the phone or not, but it does get on your nerves when trying to maneuver the phone.

Very clean. Works great as tested. .
Made new account .
And iTunes account.
Used for 1 day . It's a gift for Christmas.
No issues as of now.
