Big disclaimer to begin with, I did not receive the listed product. With that said, the seller learned a very valuable lesson and is not inclined to repeat it. I order a Surface Pro 2 and received a Surface Pro 1. I would have likely not noticed if I didn't already own a Surface Pro 2 (this new one was for my mom) as they are very similar devices, so I can understand the confusion on the seller's end as a friend of their's had given it to them and called it a Surface Pro 2. The seller was very helpful in organizing an immediate partial refund (also offered to give a full refund and pay for return postage & everything, but I needed at least some sort of device in hand and ran out of time) and they were very sincere in their apologies for the mix up. I would buy from this seller again if they had a listing for something I needed :)
