I am happy with the product... BUT...

Guys - really? Why did you give me a SAMSUNG charger for my LG phone? I know it doesnt make /much/ of a difference, but battery failure due to foreign charger use (albeit rare) is usually not covered.

Also it was not factory reset

For "Mint" I expected the original packaging, accessories (charger etc) - but this was moreso "Used - Good"

Phone is in fine shape I would shape I would say it is mint phone company won't let me use my old SIM so I had to send for one but I know it works on my network as long as it works when I put a sim card in it there's no problems

I receive the phone quickly and it was as described. Even came with a charger. There was a slight problem with the call volume being too low for me to hear when not using earbuds or speaker phone, but it's not a deal breaker for me. I am satisfied.
