Fast service, merch matched expectations. Would buy again

I purchased the Pixel 3XL in "good" condition—but the phone they sent me was broken and unable to connect to Bluetooth and Wifi. I brought it to Verizon, who told me they had given me a faulty phone. Swaps is impossible to contact for returns, so now I have to buy a new phone and throw out the one they sent me.

I forgot about this, sorry. anyways, it was a good phone while it lasted!

Arrived in good condition as described. BUT the phone was Sprint when it was sold to me as a T-Mobile phone. This caused a lot of issues with my carrier when I traded it in.

Per the person for whom the device was purchased, it began to boot loop after only two months or so of use and has since been replaced by a Samsung A71.
