I purchased the Pixel 3XL in "good" condition—but the phone they sent me was broken and unable to connect to Bluetooth and Wifi. I brought it to Verizon, who told me they had given me a faulty phone. Swaps is impossible to contact for returns, so now I have to buy a new phone and throw out the one they sent me.

I forgot about this, sorry. anyways, it was a good phone while it lasted!

Arrived in good condition as described. BUT the phone was Sprint when it was sold to me as a T-Mobile phone. This caused a lot of issues with my carrier when I traded it in.
