Very fast shipping, thank you so much. I love the phone. It is advertised as "mint" but there are some small scratches on the top fold-down hinge and on the back of the phone. They are minor and I would like to keep the product anyway. Thank you!

The phone arrived in very good condition, unfortunately, their listing wasn't entirely clear on the fact that it wouldn't work on Verizon. It said "UNLOCKED" in big letters. They didn't specify that Verizon wouldn't work. After contacting them they determined that I'd have to pay a 20% restocking fee. That definitely seems a little steep given that I'd have to pay to ship it back too. I could package it so that it looks exactly as it did when I received it — they'd just have to restart the listing (with the same pictures) and sell it again.

In addition, the seller definitely takes their time to respond to messages. It seems as though English may not be a strong suit of theirs either.

Try a different seller if possible.

Never realized I had to give a rating to the seller for the sale to complete, my bad! This was a while ago, but I recall the phone came quickly (~1 week max.) and it looked just like the listing, with no extra scratches or marks received during shipping. I would definitely buy from them again :)
