Seller Good, but experience with USPS was not good. Phone was shipped first class mail and took nearly a week to be delivered and had to follow up with USPS to be delivered finally, made me tired. Also the seller does not reply messages on the main page, I hope they reply.

Shipping was very fast! Received product exactly as described and phone worked great... For 3 months. Low rating due to phone working for 3 months and will no longer power on.

Provided prompt shipment and later refund, however, seller listed item as Good despite Swappa's guidelines explicitly stating that screen damage this severe could not be more than Fair. Did not show full extent of screen damage with stuck pixels visible on dark background and would only accept return with a 10% restocking fee despite demonstrating their negligence with their description, their provided photos, and use of Good condition.
