Items got here on time and as described. Great experience overall.

Never shipped the item, kept giving reasons for delay. Will avoid them.

This has been the worst experience I ever had purchasing through Swappa. The seller is holding on to my money. I have 4 kids and it’s the holidays. This is robbery!

Seller delayed shipping/providing tracking info claimng medical issues. Label printed 19 Nov, USPS still doesn't have package as of 26 Nov, and no contact with seller since 20 Nov. Swappa set it as a failed sale and told me to open a dispute with Paypal. Appears to be a scammer.

The item for sale did not match the item that was received. Refund has to come through - having to dispute with Paypal for it.

Bought it thinking it was a good deal but turns out to be a scam or something.
