This was my first purchase on Swappa. I made the purchase too quickly and realized I wanted a refund, and contacted the seller to ask for one. He was initially prompt with communication prior to asking for a refund but cut off communication after I asked for a refund.

I realized that I was in the wrong (since this is a private marketplace), however I would have expected some communication from him on whether he would be willing or not to provide a partial refund. Instead, he simply shipped the device and updated the sale page with the tracking device.

The device was received as described without any issues. While the product was excellent, I felt that the seller acted in a passive-aggressive manner during the sale, and could have avoided 3-star review by simply saying whether he would or wouldn't accept a partial refund.

Great seller! Ghassan was very accommodating and always replied in a timely manner. The device looks and functions as perfectly as expected. Thank you!
