the phone I purchased was attached to an account. Sprint would not switch it over. The Seller would not accept my return. Instead he wanted to push another service called Ting to me. He sold a phone that he knew would not transfer from Sprint and he did not want to accept the responsibility for resolving this issue. Terrible experience. I would not buy from him again.

This phone was shipped loose in a box with a few pieces of newspaper stuffed around it. It was DOA, although the seller claims it was working when he shipped it. I ended up having to file a claim through Paypal to get my money back after returning the phone.

Shipping was super fast and item was in better condition than previously described. Packaging was also excellent!
