iWatch looks great, there is one scratch that my daughter complains about, but I am not sure. The only difficulty was signing for the package with USPS.

However, next time make sure that you say in the description if you're not sending the original packaging (box). This listing said the original box would be included. Otherwise, I am very pleased! Buyers be aware of this seller. Paid for advertised blue galaxy s8 phone. Received a black phone . I had to pay $17.00 shipping costs to return the phone. Seller then sent me a gray s8 phone which he refused to refund or accept return. I had to go to resolution center in paypal which stated it was minor issue even after I submitted evidence that the phone was gray. Seller also posted he would refund shipping costs which he did not do. The blue s8 phone is rare for tmobile, only 2 available on swappa.

Sorry for forgetting to leave a rating and marked as complete on time. The phone has worked just fine as far as we can tell. However, when we took it to the Apple Store, we were told that the phone was one that was listed as replaced. Was this phone a lost phone or a stolen phone? I guess we will never know.

The 'mint' iphone that I received had substantial touch screen issues and was diagnosed by Apple as having a 3rd party replaced screen (which was not disclosed in the listing). The phone would lock up every 30 seconds for a minute or two, then would work again for a minute before locking up again.

I contacted the seller numerous times to issue a refund but correspondence was ignored by the seller until Swappa put a hold on all their active listings. I filed a dispute through Paypal and the seller replied once saying he would issue a refund but did not provide any other instruction or info on how to return the device. It has been over a week of trying to contact the seller to no avail. I went ahead and escalated the issue with PayPal.

Phone works great. Photos didn't show complete extent of scratches. listed as mint but definitely was not mint. Swappa nor the seller are interested in letting me return the phone. Not the best experience. He did pack the phone well and ship quickly though. Not a bad guy. Just a bad listing.

No communication from seller until 3 days later when he admitted that he had sold it privately and would not be fulfilling his part of the deal. Seller did refund, but this is not the way things are supposed to work.
