The first device came as described but had a faulty mic that would drop off in the middle of the call. However the seller took it back and replaced it with another iPhone 7 that is working the way it should. Phone came in and it was in pristine condition as it was described, this is the most important thing. However, the listing did show that an A/C adapter would be included, only the data cable was (USB-C), if the buyer wants to fast charge this won't be possible if they come from an Apple device or a much older Android. Other than that, this was a good purchase. I would buy from this seller again.

shipping was quick, device worked great for 2 months, had an activation issue at that time, and it was resolved quickly.

Took a longer than one business day as advertised so I can't give it 5 stars, but I did get the phone as requested (was shipped immediately the next day). Update.. two days later. Phone has been reported stolen and T-mobile blocked my service. When I reached out to Swappa and seller they resolved the issue in an extremely timely manner (less than 10 minutes). I'm extremely satisfied. Up-update: Two days later, phone blocked again .. Fixed again. Few hours later.

Looks great, wiped clean and ready to go. Battery life seems pretty standard going by what the internet says. Might as well be new. Didn't come with any instructions or the "ejector device" (literally just a pin works) to plop in your sim card, but these are tools for the layman. Did come with a USB charging/hookup wire. Barely noticeable scratch along the back. Thanks!

I followed the checklist when I first received the phone and everything seemed fine. But a couple days later I started to realize some issues. My first biggest complaint is that this listing included a phone and the charger cord, and as soon as I grabbed the cord I could tell it was a fake. And as soon as I tried using it, guess what? It didn’t work. The phone looks fine but there is something wrong with the brightness. It has a pretty dim lighting. And I have a lot of issues with the screen at random moments. The phone is still usable and buying something used it’s always a risk, and I understand that.
