Buyer beware: I received an international demo unit for a different carrier than advertised. The phone was hacked/modified to pass the usual IMEI and serial number checks suggested by Swappa. Swappa has been emailed proof and can verify this claim. The seller is now refusing to issue a refund. DO NOT USE THIS MERCHANT.

I ordered this phone and it came in seemingly good condition. It broke out of nowhere within a month despite me using a protective case and there being no damage. They claimed that I damaged it despite me sending pictures of my undamaged phone and sent new pictures of a broken screen that I suspect they broke themselves. They made me pay $130 for them to “fix” the screen that broke out of nowhere and sent it back to me, where it then broke AGAIN out of nowhere. They again blamed me for it, despite there being absolutely no damage (confirmed by the apple store later). I went to the apple store to ask what happened, and they said that Used Phones Direct put in a third party screen which was going to inevitably stop working so they could charge us to fix it. NEVER using them again. Awful customer service and awful experience. I feel completely scammed.
