Purchased a DE version of the Moto X and needed the unlock code for the device. After three days of trying to contact the seller I still had no response at all. Motorola was able to assist me with renewing the unlock code for the device. Saddened that I had no communication with the seller after shipment.

Emails were missed, mistakes happen. Device works perfectly and used it for quite a long time. Now is used as a backup device for family and friends as a temporary device if theirs dies. Props to the seller for attempting to help, even 3 years later.
