Item as described, works great, no problems since purchasing. I appreciate the that Seller packed the iPad with great care. I’m giving the seller 5 stars based on the equipment condition and willingness to help with warranty if needed.

However, I was very annoyed that the seller contacted me after the deal closed for additional funds for shipping insurance. Shipping was part of the deal and I assumed insurance was included for an item like this. This should have been upfront in the ad. I would buy from the seller again but this needs to be in the ad if additional funds are required.

Honestly couldnt be more happy, he responded with such swiftness and answered all my questions. Everything that was shown was there. I felt as if i had bought a new phone honestly. All i have to say is that if he were to sell another phone im interested in, i will definitely buy from this seller for sure! Eeeee im so happy!!
