The generic charger does not provide enough voltage for an iPhone 5S, and the generic cable causes popups every time you plug it in. These were not identified in the listing. Dan chose to argue that no one else has complained about it, and be defensive of his rating, instead of showing concern for properly identifying these details in future listings. He did offer a full refund, which I chose to not take him up on, but the overall posture felt more like 'send it back or mark the sale complete', with little regard for my suggestion that he should be including these important details in his listings. That aspect was more disappointing than the issues with the generic accessories.
