I had to return the item because it was a completely different model of macbook air. The process of getting my refund has been slow. The seller had some lapses in communication during the refund process.

phone just as described

The phone is not in good condition as listed. There are deep scratches in the screen that were obscured in the listing photos and not mentioned in the description. I would not have purchased the phone had they been visible in the listing. The phone was priced more in line with a "fair" condition phone, so I've rated this neutral.
