BUYERS BEWARE! I'm not the first customer that has had to escalate a claim with PayPal for this seller's phone issues. He warranted that it was a good phone, but I had to take it to the Apple Store after I got it because I couldn't hear anyone unless it was on speaker phone. The Apple Store team verified by running a diagnosis test that the receiver failed and was not producing sound. This is something he would have easily known before selling. Now he won't refund unless forced by PayPal! I have a broken phone and limited recourse -- BEWARE!

Phone came with a lot of scratches on the edges and seller would not do anything about it. Paypal closed in his favor, beware what you buy.. if hes states mint its "good" NOT MINT!
