Edit: So I got this phone for my girlfriend a few months ago and the screen completely shattered after a really light drop (fell from the backboard of a sofa onto a sippy cup on the sofa) I have another S9 that I purchased retail and the screen has never cracked after multiple drops. Almost feel like the original screen might have been replaced with something flimsy, but can't prove it. Unfortunately I'll probably never use this website again.
