The model of the phone was not the model listed. Now I have to switch carriers. That is pretty critical to get right and this seller didn't. I would ask to see a screen shot from the phone with the model number and serial number. Or better yet choose a more reputable seller.

Seller shipped quickly, but phone arrived defective. Phone was listed as the wrong color and carrier was not specified correctly. Phone had to be returned.

I ordered the Samsung Galaxy model SM-G973U1 from the seller, but the model sent was the SM-G973U (not the factory unlocked version). When received the outside of the phone was in mint condition as listed but it turned out the camera's software was damaged and it did not function. It took weeks with multiple requests to get a full refund. Not a bad seller, just a negative rating b/c the phone sent was not the model listed and they didn't check the camera prior to shipping.

Seller described the phone to be model SM-G965U1 (no carrier specific phone). Seller sent a Verizon SM-G965U phone. Not the model described in the ad. Contacted the seller, but the seller did not offer any solution. I expected to receive the model offered for sale. The condition description was spot on, just not so accurate on the model.
