They can't give a new charger, the apple logo behind the device is messed up and other few scratches on there. The screen protector is filled with scratches.shipping was good and came in time. Am still testing the device I hope I don't find any internal problems.

Phone came sealed and as described. Activated without issues. Smooth transaction.

Pros:

Cons:
Horrible communication. Maybe I have been blessed with great sellers and expect more but it took over 24 hours and a message from myself to hear from the seller after purchase. A nice "Thank you for your purchase you order will ship within 48 hours!" goes a long ways when people drop close to $500 on a secondhand device.

Device once finally received was blacklisted for MetroPCS which of course is my carrier. And no assistance was given outside of seller asking if I tried a MetroPCS sim yet? Unacceptable, Had to switch carriers just to use the device and port my number. A $120 expense through Verizon. No offer of partial refund, or anything just silence.

Would give 1 star if it wasn't for the device being in such good shape and being packaged well for shipping.

The original buyer reported the phone as stolen after I had received it, which made the whole experience less than ideal. The seller got in contact with the original buyer after 2 days and unblocked the IMEI.

Everything was in working order as described. Quick shipping too.

Phone was marked as "NON PAYMENT" (Seller didn't make payments or told tmobile that someone had stolen the phone) only few months after purchase. Will update once it is figured out.
