Phone was in condition as described, however, the battery health was not as described. Seller offered a partial refund which is appreciated. Seller could be a bit more responsive without Swappa help.

Received phone as expected on time

The screen protector on top of the phone had multiple scratches - everything else was fine.

Phone was new, as called out in the sale, but had been blocked by the carrier 2 days into the purchase. The seller pro-actively reached out and let me know about the change and was able to issue a refund, as promised.

Never buy from this seller again! Returned the device due to receiving it in a condition different from the listing and would not refund my funds. Had to get Swappa + PayPal involved. If anyone buys here better hope it all goes right otherwise your screwed!

Seller offers inaccurate description of his devices. This was "Mint" and unused, but showed up with visible scratching on the back of the device. Seller agreed to accept return, however was a bit slow to refund after they had received device. Overall, a waste of time.

This is my first successful Swappa order and I am glad I went with Mobile Monster. The product was brand new, as listed, and it is still sealed. Just to be safe, I checked the IMEI at Swappa.com and T-Mobile.com, and the phone seems to be completely clean and fine. I have used it for a few days and there aren't any issues with it, and I hope that continues to be the case. This seller was quick to respond when I posted a public comment asking for a minor price drop, which the seller courteously granted. I would definitely buy from Mobile Monster again, given the opportunity. Thank you!

I'm very disappointed with this seller and with Swappa. I ordered a phone described in "good" condition, and yet after two months it began exhibiting signs of malfunctioning. Considering I do much of my work on the phone, this has been really frustrating. To make matters worse, this seller has been completely unresponsive. Swappa hasn't covered my back either. I welcome resolution here but am unsure whether that will come to fruition.
