So the phone was fine but the earpiece was dead on arrival. I could only make calls on speaker and there was no surround sound. Luckily I brought it in to Verizon and they replaced it under warranty. So I got one in brand new condition!

The device I was sent had a broken microphone. Luckily it was still under warranty so apple replaced it, but in the state it was sold to me it failed official apple diagnostics (audio subsystem).

The phone had a few issues but I worked it out with the seller and overall I am very pleased with how the situation was handled. I would recommend buying from him to anyone because he is very easy to work with and in the end I was extremely satisfied with the buying experience.

product was exactly as good as advertised, worked with me through support when the phone had an imei issue, an hour passed and the issue was fixed

The phone eventually started working fine but he basically lied and said it was unlocked for GSM at&t when it wasn’t. So I had to buy a new sim in order to actually get it going cause my old one wasn’t supported. Slow communication and didn’t answer all my questions. Again the phone is just as described except the part about being unlocked but the seller himself just isn’t good.

Phone was labeled as good, but when it came in the mail it was basically new. It works great, it looks great and everything is as should be. The shipping was very quick and the seller was comprehensible, even made sure I received the phone.
