I was skeptical about purchasing after reading some less than postive reviews, but decided to try anyway because the price was so good and protection if the device wasn't as listed. The item was listed in Mint condition but arrived with scratches on the screen. We chose to keep the device because they weren't too bad and for the price we paid, I would have expected one in that condition. The shipping and packing were good, except that the seller was slow to update so I received the device the next day. Buyer beware of this seller.
