Unfortunately the phone that I was sent was affected by the LG G4 boot loop issue. Rather than being helpful and supportive, the seller accused me of lying and breaking the phone myself. I was able to send the phone into LG who covered the costs of repairs in full due to it still being under warranty. The phone is great, so I can't give the seller only one star, but his customer service is lousy. Hope that you don't get a lemon! Otherwise you will have your character brought into question.
