Received phone and one of the speakers was blown and the phone would get hot very fast with minimal use. Reached out to the seller and they initially got defensive and indicated speakers and battery were not one of the things they tested and that I would have to pay for the return shipping and be charged a 10% restocking fee. After much back and forth, Swappa staff thankfully stepped in and educated this seller about swappa policies on defective devices. Only then did I get a prepaid return label and eventual refund. Also got an email blaming their initial response on a member of their "sales department." Considering their description clearly states they are a "wife and husband" running this business, I somehow doubt the sales department excuse. Nonetheless, I got my refund, so I rated this a three star transaction, which I consider neither good nor bad.

Very well pleased! Would definitely recommend this seller and would buy again. Asked the seller about a charging cable, which was not included on the listing, but the seller so graciously included one for me!

great sale

Phone was in better condition than the listing stated.. Very fast shipping, It is confusing that MVNO service providers ask for a number I can't provide without first purchasing the phone in order to verify compatibility, My research showed the phone was compatible with total wireless, then I find out that there's different kinds of LG G5's and this unlocked North American version apparently isn't. Still, 5 stars.. I'm very pleased with the phone.
