Communication was hit and miss and I thought I was misled when the phone arrived and was not unlocked. However, the seller did follow through and took care of the unlock along with providing me links to directions on how to proceed after unlock. The phone is in great shape and my daughter is very happy with it. I would purchase from this seller again.
