Phone appears previously repaired. delamination on lcd glass and touch screen. Back appears same way. Glass screen protectors seemed to be on front and back to disguise issue.

Did not have original parts and many things didn't work... The description lied...

HORRIBLE!!!! His "scratchless" screen is actually a CHEAP replacement screen and did NOT work!!! I had to waste return shipping money and time on him. He's extremely rude! Accused me of lying...all I wanted was a phone for grandma instead I got a whole bunch of trouble. Do not waste your time with this scammer!!!!

Besides what was mentioned in the listing, the Sim tray was also broke. I did manage to get my sim to work but the Verizon rep said it was broken bc he tried to insert it also. Besides that, listing was as described.
