It took over three weeks to receive the laptop, since the seller shipped it USPS. Tracking was not regularly updated and I thought the laptop was lost. When I received the laptop, it had not been reset to factory settings and the password provided did not work. After some research we figured out how to reset the laptop. The seller was always polite when corresponding with me, and I hope he makes adjustments in his processes to make the next sale more efficient for the buyer.

Quick shipping and device is in excellent condition. I was concerned, though, when I saw how beat up the shipping box looked when it arrived. Thankfully nothing was damaged inside. :)
