I received a phone not as described. It was a gift and I was very embarrassed it came on one time then it stopped working. Seller asked me to connect to ITunes to fix it. I did but the phone refused to come on with a full battery charge. I asked the seller to send me a label to return the phone many times. The seller told
me they could not print a label to send me. I
needed to pay to return the non- working
and He would reimburse me. I contacted
Swappa they stated to it was ok to upload my
shipping receipt, and the seller would
me. I shipped the iPhone back priority mail.
The seller wasn’t home to receive the phone on April 15th. Swappa policy for a return is that a refund in given 24 hours after the receipt of the returned item. I had to email Swappa several times , I also had messages the seller several times and no response since April 15th I didn’t get any messages as to why there was a delay in my refund. . I finally got a refund today April 19th about a hour ago.
