Initially, the phone I received from this seller had challenges with the screen responding to touch for my son. The seller went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied, even offering the time he was on vacation while my son thought he'd found a workaround for it, and still simply swapped out the phones. I frequently tell people that the measure of a business is not whether there are issues, but how the issues that come up are handled. this was handled wonderfully.

the phone arrived quickly and safely, the only thing is that the phone wasn't reset, it wasn't that it had an account attached but it also wasn't necessarily ready for me to seamlessly start fresh. aside from that great condition for a good price.

Phone had an issue that the app used for checking phones missed - the seller was apologetic and perfectly responsive during the return/refund process.
