Company was very fast to reply and kept the communication chain open (this is a very good business practice). The product was supposed to ship next day however a packing slip was generated and it took two days to ship, luckily I was able to drive to the post it was delivered to and pick up a day early to make it on time. I am pleased with the transaction and would not hesitate buying from this company again.

Update: The Phone was not as described. I've tried for 4 months to connect this phone to Sprint. It was described as a Sprint Phone, but it's locked to Virgin Mobile and no matter what we do, we can't get it unlocked. We thought maybe it was a technical issue and would resolve itself after a few months but that is not the case.
