The phone arrived with damage that occurred either during packing or shipping. The seller took full responsibility, paid for return shipping, and issued a prompt refund.

The phone came in tact, as well as the phone's box. The outside box has a slight bent on one side. The packaging inside could have been more thought of. The phone was sliding around inside the shipping box. However, brown paper was added, it could not keep the phone box inside from sliding around when I picked it up after shipping. eI can imagine how it was when shipping on land from Orlando to Los Angeles. Thanks.
