Box was packed with a lot of empty space but the phone arrived in the condition described.

Phone arrived intact, but the packaging was poor. There was no padding, leaving the phone box free to move around inside the larger box. It could have easily been damaged during shipping. The device arrived new, functions properly and matches the description.

Phone was received UPS delivered one day earlier than advertised. Phone was listed as mint condition with no dicernable screen scratches from the pictures but has one scratch on the top left. Otherwise all functions work as expected.

Seller delivered as promised, but he took the full "two business days" allowed by swappa to acknowledge the sale and ship the phone. If you're in a hurry, don't order on a Friday like I did. Item was shipped to on the following Wed as Tuesday was a holiday.

The worst experience I have ever had in 12 years on this site. This seller takes 6-12 hours to respond. I bought the device in the wee hours and kindly asked if it could be shipped today. That afternoon (18 hours ), he replies 'thanks'
The next morning, I mention it again. No response. ( This was Saturday ) Monday, I am mentioning that I would love the item to ship. 2nd business day, but 4th actual day. 6pm that night, he tells me it is shipped. Closer inspection, a label was created but not accepted by USPS. IT WAS NOT SHIPPED. The next day, 3rd business day, still nothing. over 24 hours later, I am asking about it and he says if was shipped yesterday. Miraculously, item was shipped about 4 minutes later. I just think if someone sends you $1000, you communicate with them and do your best to ship asap.
That aside, the device did arrive exactly as described. Eventually.
