The seller shipped very quickly and the accessories were basically brand new. It took me a while to make sure the phone worked because there was no SIM card included (not the reason why I am giving 4 instead of 5 stars). I knocked a star because the phone was not "Mint" per Swappa guidelines, specifically "No signs of use" -- Maybe I am very picky but the phone had a pinhead sized part of plastic missing on the front middle right.
