Easy payment and shipping, thanks. Phone appears to have had a screen replacement. The glass lifts up slightly on the bottom right corner and you have to push it down to stop the light from seeping out. Not a big deal to me. Otherwise phone works great, and cheaper than getting one from at&t.

The phone works great and looks great too. The only reason I am not giving this 5 stars is that it really wasn't "new in box" and looked repackaged. That said, for the price, the FAST delivery, the FAST responses to email, I would **definitely** 100% buy from buyncell again. I gave this review a few days into using the phone to ensure it worked, no issues with charging or use. It has been top notch.

I got the phone right on time! But unfortunately due to discrepancy with the way the item was listed it had to be shipped back. The seller wasn't at fault. Just some weird model and listing mismatch! :(

Wow. Fast, easy process, everything arrived as pictured.

The phone I received is in great condition. Not complaining, but in the original sales page for the phone it says accessories included were the original box, and a charger. They weren't included. The phone was in bubble wrap in an envelope when it got to me. Also said it was ready for activation, but it wasn't. I have to wait until Monday to go to a Verizon store bc the phone didn't come with a SIM card and they couldn't activate it over the phone without that. The phone is great! But I was sad when it didn't come with everything it said it would.

Phone is authentic S5 but the box had no writing on the back which is odd as they all do. The headphones it came with were definitely counterfit. The display looks like it had been replaced as the top speaker grill wasn't alined right. The phone now has a Crack in display from no drops so I'm assuming this replacement glass was very cheap and not in fact gorilla glass which Samsung uses. Seems like this seller or the person they bought it from, probably bought a damaged s5 for cheap, repaired it, ordered new countrefit accessories and sold it off as new.
