I could not be any happier with my purchase. Not only did Joel send the phone as quickly as possible, with insurance, and followed my request for signage upon delivery, but he also gave me a free case! The phone is in MINT condition as written and much better than I could have anticipated. Even the charger is still in perfect condition. I was worried that it might get damaged in the mail but Joel made sure it was packaged with tons of bubble wrap and it was very secure. As a newbie to this site I struggled with trust as I am used to place orders on eBay or Amazon, but I feel this site gave me a new perspective and I can tell others to come here when they are looking for their next phone. Joel had great communication and understood how anxious I was to receive my phone and as I've mentioned, he completely exceeded my expectations.
