The phone came as described, it was the shipping part of the sale that was problematic. I don’t think it was the seller’s fault but the postal service. Big delay between when the phone was received and when it was actually shipped. The seller was not very help full. This was my first time using Swappa not sure whether I’l use again will. Never had a problem purchasing phones on EBay.

Product was in better condition than advertised. Seller shipped quickly. Package contents were complete and well packed. Very satisfied with this seller and the whole transaction.

Phone was in very good shape, some scatches around the charging port but otherwise perfect.
