Julia was NOT the original owner as described and the phone was purchased by someone else a long time ago. The warranty is long expired, not new as of 6 months ago. Seller refuses to adjust the price to reflect this. My only recourse? Send it back and start over again at a loss. Good communication doesn't make up for false advertising and bad policy.
